Form processing

Our inquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that delivers submissions to our email inbox. Their handling of submitted data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Hosting and analytics

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of normal web server operation and security protection, our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking on this website. Where aggregate traffic statistics are available through our hosting provider, they are reviewed only in summary form and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

Astra does not set cookies for advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking on this website. Any cookies that may be present are strictly necessary — set by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running correctly. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Photography and media at installations

When we photograph or record an installation, we do so only with the venue's permission. Where a client requests anonymity, we describe the venue generically and do not publish its name or identifying details. We do not photograph or publish images of individuals — including minors — without separate, explicit written consent.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for as long as required for our business and tax records. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Installations at schools and childcare facilities are arranged solely with the adult operators of those facilities.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
